Freetown, SIERRA LEONE – The Old Edwardian Football Club has officially named Mamadu Bobor Barrie as its new chairman, with Abdul Aziz Jalloh taking up the role of Vice Chairman with immediate effect. This appointment follows the resignation of Richard Hindolo Senessie as Chairman of the Football Club. Senessie cited personal reasons for stepping down in his resignation letter dated July 22nd, 2022.
Both of the newly appointed officials have previously served under the leadership of Richard Hindolo Senessie, with Bobor Barrie as the Team Manager and Aziz Jalloh as the Assistant Team Manager. Bobor Barrie also currently holds the position of Team Manager for the Kroo Town Road Community team, while Aziz Jalloh is an Ex-Officio member of the Western Area Football Association (WAFA).
