SIERRA LEONE, Freetown – The Confederation of African Football (CAF) has appointed Malian female referee Fanta Idrissa Kone to be part of the officiating team for the first leg match between FC Kallon of Sierra Leone and Future FC of Egypt in the CAF confederation cup on Saturday 9th October 2022 at the Paynesville-Samuel Kayon Doe Stadium.
During the match Fanta Kone will be the Assistant Referee 2 for the first time in the CAF male competition while Modibo Samake is the Assistant Referee 1 and Mahamadou Keita is the Fourth Official.
The centre referee for this all-important match is Boubou Traore. All of them are from Mali while the match commissioner is Munkaila Nassam Adam from Ghana and John Clarence Yaskey II is the COVID-19 Officer from Liberia. BT/29/9/2022
