Zain Sierra Leone has officially opened the newly refurbished ultra modern customer care shop at Rawdon Street in Freetown to ease transportation constraints in getting Zain products and services for it numerous customers in Sierra Leone.
The refurbished customer care shop is open to the public from Mondays to Saturdays and it also offers various products and services to customers such as phones, internet modem, Top up Cards, Sim Card replacement and host of other facilities that makes mobile communication effective and affordable to meet customer satisfaction.
The glitzy opening ceremony attracted a cross section of Zain staff, subscribers of the brand and the media including a host of admirers.
Delivering the welcome address the Acting Regional Manager of Zain Augustine George expressed thanks and appreciation to Zain staff and subscribers of the Zain brand for their loyalty. Augustine George described the ultra modern shop as a first of its kind in the country because it is strategically located at the center of the city and facilities are up to international standards. He added that competent staff will be there to offer affordable services as customers relax in an air conditioned waiting room that has a plasma TV.
The Managing Director of Zain Sierra Leone Ted Sauti Phiri before cutting the tape used the ceremony to show case the company’s products and services to the public noting that Zain believes in bringing its customers closer to the brand in a wonderful world.
He maintained that Zain has the widest coverage with the highest number of active subscribers in the country adding that Zain is also a major contributor to the Government in fulfilling its corporate social responsibility.
The MD stated that “it is only Zain that has 24 hrs customer service in the country which he said shows how committed and determined the company values its customers. He encouraged the public to subscribe to the Zain brand and have a wonderful world.
Concluding the Managing Director said plans are currently under way to expand to remote areas in Kabala and Kassiri.
Mary Benjamin the shop sales supervisors explained about the products and services available at the Zain shop by naming the various section and market developers while June Rose Johnson the Public Relations Executive served as Master of Ceremony (MC).
The inspection of the facilities at the shop formed a high point of the ceremony.
