The West Africa Football Union (WAFU) has written a letter to the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) asking them to appoint five members to serve on the standing committees of WAFU.
A member of the Sierra Leone Football Association Sorie Ibrahim Sesay spoke to Awoko sports that the executive will meet today to take a decision on who to represent the SLFA in these standing committees
He disclosed that the executive will also look at executive members and people outside the executive to fill the vacant positions.
Sorie Ibrahim mentioned that the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) had a very good relationship outside and they were going to maintain that good relationship in the coming years.
He noted that the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) will have to hold a press conference to brief the press about the several standing committees that will be functioning for the period of four years.
