Two members of the Single Leg Amputee Social Club (SLASC) – Public Relations Officer Albert Manley Mustapha and President of Sierra Leone Amputee Football Jabati Mambu – will depart the shore of Sierra Leone for London some time this month.
Speaking to Awoko sports about the trip, Manley Mustapha said they are going to London for a fundraising initiative for the Sierra Leone Amputee Football team in London from the 29th August to 29th September 2008.
They will try to raise funds for the amputees so that they can complete some of their projects. During they stay in London, they will be staying with Maryam Owji at Maryland’s Road London W92DX.
