Foday Elisha Massaquoi and Ishmeal Sovula were sentenced to 24 months imprisonment or pay the sum of one million Leones each when they made their last appearance at the magistrate court no 1 before the presiding magistrate George Edwin on three count charges. Foday Elisha Massaquoi and Ishmeal Sovula were standing trial before the court for conspiracy contrary to law, which particulars states that Foday Elisha Massaquoi on Sunday 29th September 2019 at 3 U-Lane Kpayama section in Kenema city, conspired together with other persons unknown to commit a felony to wit  larceny. Count two larceny contrary to section 2 of the larceny Act 1916. The particulars states that Foday Elisha Massaquoi and Ishmeal Sovula on Sunday 29 September 2019 did stole one Electricity Distribution Supply Authority meter 9800433734 valued Le705,500.00 property of EDSA while in custody of Kempra Boima Conteh. Count three unlawfull possesion of canabis sativa contrary to section 8 (a) of the national drugs control Act. The particulars states that Ishmeal Sovula on Tuesday 8th October 2019 at Foya street in Kenema judicial district was found in possesion of dried leaves suspectd to be canabis sativa. Both pleaded guilty to the offences and were senteced to 24 months imprisonment. The matter was prosecuted by police constable 13575 Fatmata Sillah from the legal justice and support department of the Kenema police division
