Count three unlawfull possesion of canabis sativa contrary to section 8 (a) of the national drugs control Act. The particulars states that Ishmeal Sovula on Tuesday 8th October 2019 at Foya street in Kenema judicial district was found in possesion of dried leaves suspectd to be canabis sativa. Both pleaded guilty to the offences and were senteced to 24 months imprisonment.
