Two accused persons, Alusine Jalloh and Momoh Kamara, both of Foindu Mameima in the Lower Bambara Chiefdom in the Kenema district have appeared at the magistrate court for stealing a sheep.
According to Prosecutor Sgt. 3220 Bockarie, the accused persons on Wednesday October 10 stole a sheep valued at Le240.000 at Foindu Mameima and kept it in Momoh Kamara’s room.
Unfortunately, they did not shut the door and it opened as they were trying to slaughter the sheep.
Both were arrested in the room and taken to the Tongo police division, and later charged. They have been remanded at the state prison in Kenema and expected to reappear in court on November 2.
