Mr Donald Loise, the statistician of the Kenema City Council in his contribution, said it was the methodology of teachers that could attract children to pay more attention in class.
He disclosed that the council had disbursed text books to the Ministry which were now on distribution and that these text books were to be used for their intended purpose.
