The new Real Mack FC Head Coach Steven Appleton has during a zoom meeting thanked the technical team headed by Assistant Coach Mustapha Bai Bangura (koeman) for their effort and commitment over the years. He suggested that a new technical team WhatsApp group be created where programs will be shared between themselves.
Coach Steven said his expectation is to see a more organised, focused, and disciplined team. “I am not expecting everything to be favourable I have coached teams with all the facilities but lack the determination to succeed – all I want is a team full of winners and unanimity.”
The British born coach disclosed that Real Mack is the first team he will be coaching in Africa and he’s looking forward to making history in football in Sierra Leone and Africa.
The zealous and determined coach revealed that despite the brief hiatus in football activities in the country he wants to be with Real Mack in November. “I want to be around my players, technical teams and fans to start the engagement and feel the love within ahead of the new football season.”
Steve Appleton assured of his commitment to deliver the desired result which is to qualify Real Mack FC to the Sierra Leone Premier League.
The zoom meeting was witnessed by the Assistant Coach 1 of Real Mack Mustapha Bai Bangura (Koeman), first-team Captain Bankole, Technical Director Philip Sesay, Team Manager Abubakarr Kanu and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Mahmoud Mackie.
The meeting lasted for 40 minutes.
