The Sierra Leone Table Tennis Association (SLTTA) has suspended Prince Kaitongi from the association until further notice.
The decision was in line with the forged NOC President Henry Moore’s signature which according to the secretary General of the association, Emmanuel Lebbie with order from the association has decided to take the action.
Lebbie said that since the act, Kaitongi has been at large and they are waiting on him to present himself to the executive for questioning, after that the association will decided the next line of action to be taken. Lebbie sent out a warning that anyone doing business with Prince Kaitongi with respect to Table Association is doing so at his or her own risk as he is now under suspension.
He also stated that they have also informed the international Federation the same way about the action they have taken against Prince Kaitongi and that have affected his international ranking as he has represented Sierra Leone in two international competitions. According to Lebbie the International Federation has responded to their request.
He stated that it is now left with the National Olympic Committee to take their own action and as association they are going to support any NOC taken against him on this matter.
