The first accredited Ambassador from Sierra Leone to the Kingdom of Morocco, Mr Atumanni Dainkeh, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary has on Monday, 12th April, 2021 arrived in the city of Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco to assume duty.
Ambassador Atumanni Dainkeh had taken leave of President Bio at State House on 30th March 2021 after he was unanimously approved along with two Deputy Ambassadors by Parliament on the 16th November, 2021.
President Bio, had in his speech during the State Opening of the Third Session of the Fifth Parliament of the Second Republic on 29th May 2020, promised the expansion of Sierra Leone’s presence abroad, and went on to declare the establishment of an embassy in Morocco.
Ambassador Dainkeh is now in Rabat to push Government’s economic and diplomatic agenda in Morocco and North Africa.
