The Organizing Secretary of Solar Spikers Volleyball club, Michael J. Bangura, who doubles as leader of delegation, said they are set for the friendly match in Guinea against ADAC Volleyball club de Dubreka, over the weekend
The head coach of the Solar Spikers Volleyball club, John Cess, said as a technical team they have done their own part to put the team in very good shape ahead of the friendly matches. He said a 32-man delegation comprised of players and officials will make the trip.
He said the players are very focused and those that will be making the trip were selected on merit. Some of the players will be making their first international experience, which will be good for them and the club.
The Chair of ADAC Volleyball club de DubrekaOury Bah said they are looking forward to the friendly match, which is going to be interesting as both clubs are determined and prepared to show case their skills.
The Secretary General for Solar Spikers Volleyball Club, Karifa Kello Thoronka, said that the friendly matches will bring both club together to development the game of volleyball in the sub region.
He said the delegation is expected to play two matches on Sunday July 1st and Monday 2nd July 2018 and they will be returning on Wednesday July 4th 2018.
