He maintained that as an association they have done their own part with the assistance of the Sports Ministry, Western Area Football Association (WAFA) and Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA).
He also revealed that stands allocation have been made to both communities to diffuse any confusion between them.
COFA Chairman said both communities are looking forward to this final that is why both of the communities have already officially launched their supporter’s jerseys which are in the market for sale ahead of the grand final.
Speaking to this medium, Mountain City’s head coach Amidu Freaky Koroma said both communities are sharing the same culture and tradition, and they are brothers and sisters. “We will make sure we keep the respect among us and play under a very peaceful atmosphere.”
“I know Mountain City is the most supported community in the league. We have the highest number of fans that are always loyal and ready to support the community in any circumstance. So even if we don’t win, we will congratulate our opponent and go home quietly,” Coach Freaky maintained.
On the other hand, the head coach of Foullah Tong Amidu Karim said they are sure of victory, and as a team they have what it takes to win the trophy.
He went further to call on their fans to come in their thousands to support their team to victory.
