Moses Fornah was arrested in April 2016 for alleged sexual penetration of a 12-year old girl in Wilberforce in the west of Freetown. He finally appeared in court before Magistrate Binneh Kamara on the 4th of November. Investigations have been on-going since October 2016 with police reports and statements from witnesses.
The Magistrate said, “based on the evidence, I am satisfied that the accused does have questions to answer, pursuant to the Sexual offences Act of 2012.” The accused was granted bail of Le400 million.
