Over 200 women and young girls have completed a four-day Cosmetology education seminar on hair styling and hair modeling and spiritual seminar organized by Thorough Empowerment and Development for Women and Girls in Sierra Leone. In his welcome statement on behalf of the delegates, Bishop Dr. Bernard Fuller said they are teaching how to reflect Gods word, adding that “we have to fulfill the commandments before going out to the world”.
He said “we should challenge our relationship with God, stating that God wants a quality time with him not just on Sundays, adding that you cannot talk about God unless you spend time with him”.
“We need to build each other spiritually in prayer and right living not to always tie each other down”, he added.
Mrs. Brenda Fuller also said whosoever we are, you are our sisters, and that we care about you as we love you and cannot do without God, disclosing that nobody forced them to come to it but because we love you.
She said she worked with Cinderella Foundation founder Diane Stevens as sisters, while Oliver Adams said he was happy to see the women embrace us like that, thanking them for their corporation’.
CEO Cinderella Foundation Diane Stevens said there is no way you can do this work without the help of God, stating that they should in return train other people.
“You should make this dream a reality, so that when we come back we need to see results”, she said, adding that the training was not for beginners.
In the married couples seminar, George and Janice Riddick said we are here to encourage couples through our own testimonies and be a blessing through the materials and teachings. In turn, we were also blessed by the active response and contributions from the couples in Sierra Leone’ adding that ‘we look forward coming back to Sierra Leone, as I love your country and love working with you’.
Evangelist Mrs. Martha Chigozie founder of TEDEWOSIL commended Bishop Dr. Fuller for encouraging the team by inspiring them to come to Sierra Leone.
She presented gifts to each and every member of the 10-man delegation as a sign of her appreciation to partner with her and TEDEWOSIL in pushing the agenda of prosperity for those lives who participated in the hair education skills for hair experts only and hair modeling level 4 and the Christian Empowerment Summit level 3, that handles singles, leaders and marriage couples. She gave every glory to God almighty for his love and care.
