In 2012 Coca Cola Company acquired Saudi Arabia based Rani Juice Company, which produced a billion cans that same year.
After a well-calculated market survey, the Sierra Leone Bottling Company Limited (SLBC) has deemed it fit to officially launch Rani Juice in Sierra Leone.
On Wednesday, SLBC Ltd Managing Director, Israel Okujagu launched Rani Juice, which comes in three different containers and sizes-cans, plastic bottles and boxes of litre sizes.
Giving a brief history about Rani Juice Company, the SLBC’s Commercial Manager, Ali Amour said Rani started 30 years ago in Saudi Arabia and was acquired by Coca Cola in 2012.
He said Coca Cola is the citadel of quality and the acquisition of Rani shows that the Juice is of high quality that has met the standards of Coca Cola.
The Commercial Manager noted that after the Holy month of Ramadan Rani booths would be available throughout the nook and crannies of the country sampling the products.
He urged consumers to give feedback about the products without hesitation noting that such feedback are necessary in helping the company attaining ultimate customer satisfaction.
SLBC’s Manager Israel Okujaku noted that the price of Rani is going to be cheaper than its competitors in the market.
He noted that Rani Juice is produced with bits of fruits in it adding that the fruit used are found in tropical countries like Sierra Leone and assured customers that once they start consuming it they would want nothing but Rani.
