The Attorney General and Minister of Justice Joseph Fitzgerald Kamara has said that Sierra Leone has lost an illustrious son of the soil in the person of Gibril Moseray Fadika aka Super who died on Sunday in England.
“I was very shocked and was unable to believe that such a fine gentleman that has been very instrumental in the development of our economy by his contribution to create thousands of jobs for Sierra Leoneans when he co-established African Minerals.”
Speaking at this saddened moment, Mr Kamara said when he heard the news that Moseray Gibril Fadika was dead it was difficult to swallow. He said it is a sad moment in the history of Sierra Leone to have lost such a humble and helpful comrade.
Mr Kamara said both of them were good friends and they were always charting the way forward for Sierra Leone and particularly the APC Party for the coming elections. “He was very confident that the party would be victorious come 2018 and always say if the flag bearer position was not given to him, he will support anyone that will get it.”
The Attorney General said it is a great loss to Sierra Leone. He was a man of the people and he is gone. The man who provided lots of jobs for his fellow Sierra Leoneans is no more.
Until his death the late Moseray Fadika was a Goodwill Ambassador for the Commonwealth and Vice Chairman of Shandong Steel.
“May his blessed soul be accepted in jannah by Allah, and may light perpetual shine upon him. I pray that God will continue to protect his family, relatives and friends and keep them safe at all time.
