A 28-year old teacher of Every Nation Academy Primary School in Kenema, Dauda Massaquoi, has been committed to High Court without bail when he made his last appearance in Court before Magistrate Alhaji Sulaiman Koroma. Massaquoi is charged with one count of sexual penetration contrary to Section 19 of the Sexual Offences Act No. 12 of 2012. According to the prosecutor, PC Sillah Fatmata, from the Legal Justice and Support Department, between 15th November and 17 December 2018, the accused raped a nine-year old and an 11-year old girl at his residence.
