
Orange has officially opened its branch office in Kenema at a ceremony at 35 Hangha Road. The Mayor of Kenema City Council, Joseph Samba Keifala, while cutting the ribbon on the office, thanked Orange for connecting people together with communication.
He called on Orange to continue it’s corporate social responsibility by investing more in the youth and by creating landmarks in Kenema. He said there are still certain chiefdoms within the district that are still not fully covered with their network and appealed to them to continue improving on their network and to cover the entire district as per their promise to the nation.
The town chief of Kenema, Chief Momoh Ngombulango, thanked Orange for their operation, adding this is the fourth time the mobile company is changing its name, and hope that Kenema district city and the district will stand to see more development by Orange as indelible in the minds of the community people.
In his statement, the Sales and Distribution Director, Orange, Linford Roy Macauley, assured his audience that Orange will continue to live up to expectations of all and sundry and that several promotions lie ahead for their numerous customers.
