A seventeen year old boy has admitted to the police that he had oral sex with a three year old boy.
The offender was brought before Magistrate Albert Moody on Thursday 14 July, to answer to one count charge of Sexual Penetration contrary to section 19 of the Sexual Offences Act of 2012.
According to the police file, the offender who admitted to the offence stated that on the 21st of May at Beach Road, Lumley in the western part of Freetown, he had sexual urges which moved him to lure the child into the said act.
Although the child’s father had told the court that the offender had both oral and anal sex with his son, the offender in the police file further denied the allegation of the former admitting to the latter.
The Magistrate has ordered that the matter be transferred to the juvenile court while he adjourned the matter to today.
