The President of NOC, Dr Patrick Coker who is the Chair of the Medical commission of Africa said doping refers to an athlete’s use of prohibited drugs or methods to improve training and sporting results. In competitive sports, doping is the use of banned athletic performance enhancing drugs by athletic competitors. The term doping is widely used by organizations that regulate sporting competitions. The use of drugs to enhance performance is considered unethical, and therefore prohibited, by most international sports organizations, including the International Olympic Committee  Furthermore, athletes (or athletic programs) taking explicit measures to evade detection exacerbate the ethical violation with overt deception and cheating, The next teacher was the Secretary General of NOC Joseph Nyande who gave information about Rado /WADA. The World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) is a foundation initiated by the International Olympic Committee based in Canada to promote, coordinate and monitor the fight against drugs in sports. The agency’s key activities include scientific research, education, development of anti-doping capacities, and monitoring of the World Anti-Doping Code, whose provisions are enforced by the UNESCO International Convention against Doping in Sport. The aims of Anti-Doping Convention and the United States Anti-Doping Agency are also closely aligned with those of WADA. While the chair for Sports for All Commission, Umaru Kakay, advised the athletes and the administrators to take their learning very seriously. At the end of the training one of the coaches Sorie Kamara said the training was good and appealed to the NOC to have such training frequently as that will help the athletes greatly.  A female swimmer Veronica Fatmatta Marrah said the training was an eye opener.
