Rodney Michael, Managing Director of Nation Wide Logistics and Construction Company has donated to Bo District Football Association (BDFA) a changing board that worth four million Leones
The Changing Board is a four letter board and this board is the recent design made in June this year and this is the current board the FA premier League is using in England.
This Changing Board is manufactured in England by T.M Diamond Football Club and the changing board reading ability is 150 meters and has a character of 26 cm height.
Speaking to Awoko, Rodney Michael said he promised the Bo District Football Association before resigning as Chairman of the BDFA that he will do everything in his power to empower the association to improve their standard.
When asked why he decided to do such donation, he said charity must begin at home and Bo is his constituency and he has to meet the need of the people.
He said he decided to donate the Changing Board because of technology so the BDFA have to move forward from what they were using for the past 20 years.
He also stated that the changing board will be used during matches played in the Southern Region.
Rodney also revealed that he has plans to donate more changing Boards in the North and East and Western Area in the coming years. Rodney Michael has made many several donations for the development of the game.
