Ports Authority to host FC Kallon

As the Africell Premier League continues today Thursday, 19th January 2012 at the National Stadium, Freetown, Ports Authority the Defending Champions will lock horns with one of their arch rivals, FC Kallon in what is expected to be an exciting encounter.
Speaking to Awoko Sports, the Chairman for the Ports Authority Media Committee, Musa Sesay informed that the team is well prepared for today’s encounter and declared that they are certain of securing all three points of the match.
He boasted that for the past three years, the Waterfront Boys have had edge over FC Kallon and stated emphatically, “we are confident of maintaining that big brother advantage over the FC Kallon whom we consider as our younger brothers.” He said Ports is growing every year in terms of having quality players and referred to the inclusion of players like Tapia is an added boost to the team’s fire power and winning spree.
Mr. Sesay disclosed that today’s clash will form part of the team’s preparation for their next month CAF competition.
In a related development, the FC Kallon team has expressed determination to make a surprising turn around of what a senior technical committee member described as “ill-luck” when ever they clash with Ports Authority.
Most Football Fans Awoko Sports spoke to have described today’s Ports/FC Kallon match as “a match for supremacy” as they represent the giants of football in the country.
The league continues tomorrow with Mighty Blackpool clashing with East End Lions.
