Ports Authority Football club have called for total support from football fans in the country for tomorrow’s crucial match against their Senegalese opponent FC Douanes at the National Stadium in Freetown.
Ports Authority who lost the first leg in Dakar two weeks ago are planning for revenge in tomorrow’s encounter. It is only a two nil or three zero margin which will see them through into the next rounds of the competition.
Ports Authority scribe Idrissa Tarawally (Mago) has disclosed that they have done everything possible to make sure that the boys eliminate their opponent and presently they are in high spirits for the encounter.
He also mentioned that a number of players have been included into the squad to beef up the team especially the defense who need to be strengthened to stop their opponents from scoring even a single goal.
He also revealed that the visiting team arrived on Wednesday for the match with a 25 man delegation comprising of 18 players and 7 officials.
The players are Vito Badiane, Babacar Ndiour, Ngalla Sulla, Sidy Bakary, Mor Diouf, Sidy Bridiane, Ousmane Sarr, Issa Nyiaye, Kaly Farie, Pape Omar Diallo, Aly Male, Mandiaye Dieny, Cheidh Ndiany, Baye Mbengue, Karamba Diallo, As Ndole, Pape D Faye and landing Dialla.
The officials are Baye Nsoye, Mamadou Ndiaye, Bocar Niang, Yadma Bingue, Mor Khary Gueye, Badara Sarr and Mamadou Joe Samba.
The Ports Authority team will comprise of the following players Pa Salieu Kamara, Jacob Kamara, Sulaiman Kamara, Alfred Williams, Daniel Foday, Abdul Bangura, Alpha Lansana (Mark fish), Abu Kargbo, Alieu Kargbo, Gibrilla Conteh, John Wanga and a number of other players.
The Guinean referees and the Liberian match commissioner have also arrived.
