Police in Kenema have expressed dismay over the influx of fake currencies in the Kenema community.
Speaking to Awoko at the police media office, the head of the media unit of the Kenema police division PC 10322 Prince Kamara says the increase of fake national and foreign currencies within the Kenema community and its environs is an issue that should not be treated with levity. Kamara disclosed that police in Kenema have arrested and charged to court some people who were found with fake Sierra Leonean currency in Kenema city.
