Speaking to Awoko sports Old Edwardians’ head coach, Junior Konneh, said they were planning to win all their remaining matches if they were to still remain in the premier league.
He noted that they were going for a revenge against Wusum Stars as they lost their first round to them at the Makeni playing field 3-1. Wusum Stars will be coming to town to maintain their record over their opponents to secure all the three points to hand them 32 points out of 23 matches.
In Magburuka Golden Dragons will host Golf Leopards in an exciting encounter. Golden Dragons, who lost their last match against Kallon FC, will not be in a position to lose against their opponents Golf Leopards on their own turf.
On the other hand Golf Leopards, who failed to win their last match against Gem Stars, will be going to correct their mistakes against Golden Dragons to secure 26 points out of 24 matches.
In today’s encounter Central Parade, who are in second position, will host Bo Rangers of Bo at the National Stadium in Freetown
Coach Kaloga, the head coach of Central Parade, said as they were fighting to clinch this year’s trophy, today’s match must be a win for them at all cost if they were to still be in the race.
Bo Rangers are going to the match to upset Central Parade and to make their chances of winning this year’s championship very slim.
The other match between Blackpool and Gem Stars that was supposed to take place over the weekend at the National Stadium has been slated for Tuesday.
