Hundreds of residents in Kenema city were visiting the drivers’ union office at Mattoe Kapuwa Lorry Park to undergo voluntary confidential counseling and testing in order to know their HIV status. The Nova Scotia Sierra Leone Programme, an NGO working in West Africa, is carrying out the exercise.
