No Sports Minister for Leone Stars-Tunisia clash
The proposed controversial Sports Minister Paul Abu Bakarr Mohamed Kamara will not witness as head of delegation, Leone Stars’ third match in the 2014 World Cup qualifier against the Carthage Eagles of Tunisia on Saturday March 23, at the Rades Stadium in Tunis. Acting General Secretary of the Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) hinted Kamara will not be present for the match, as he has to attend to other official functions during the week. “ Paul Kamara is due to face Parliament today Friday March 22 for approval, as the substantive Minister of Sports which is to all intents and purposes, very important than coming to Tunis to watch Leone Stars play,’ Abdul Rahman Swarray disclosed on Wednesday night. He said, instead the new chairman of the Normalization Committee recently set up by world football governing body FIFA, to clean up the mess currently buffeting the country’s football Alie Fornah, will deputize Paul Kamara, as head of the Sierra Leone delegation.
