MP donates to mosque

The Honourable Member of Parliament for constituency 9, zone 15 in ward 30 in Kenema City Hon. Sahr Mathew Nyuma has donated some quantities of prayer mats, kettles, football and a generator to Tamim Bin Ausdarion Mosque at Samai Town in Kenema City.
The Town Chief of Samai Town, Chief Solomon Moi Samai expressed gratitude to the Honourable MP and the Kenema City Council; noting that inhabitants at Samai Town are not surprised at the donation as this is not the first time the Honourable has supported the area. He described him as the right person chosen for the post.
The Deputy Mayor of the Kenema City Council, Margaret Adama Siaka expressed gratitude to the people for their support to the Council. She called on the community to encourage the women folk to play active role in their communities. She stressed that Councils belong to the people and therefore it is the responsibility of the people to always visit the various Councils to get a feel of what is happening; adding that those in the Councils are servants and not masters.
The Mayor of the Kenema City Council, Brima Kargbo lauded the efforts of the Honourable for his kind gesture, which he described as a positive move.  
Presenting the items to the Town Chief of Samai Town, the Hon. Member of Parliament Hon. Sahr Mathew Nyuma told his audience that he does not make promises; but that he has the instinct to know what people need. He disclosed that the Mayor and his Councilors are there to development the City and that Parliamentarians will fully support them.
