Model receives sporting equipments from NOC

Government Model Junior Secondary School is the most recent beneficiary of equipments donated by the National Olympic Committee (NOC).
The donation was made after Prince Johnson, a senior PHE Teacher in the Junior School wrote a letter to the NOC requesting sporting equipments, to enable the School participate in the forth coming inter-secondary schools competition, which is expected to start next week.
Upon this request, the NOC came to the aid of the School and made the donation.
James Solomon, a PHE Teacher, received the items on behalf of the School. He promised that the equipments would be used for the intended purpose.
Amongst the equipments received are three (3) Footballs; two (2) Volleyballs; two (2) Basket Balls; twelve (12) Table Tennis Balls and two (2) Whistles.
