Youth empowerment he said would only come if the “youths are prepared, competent and willing to handle leadership.”
The youths he said can do that considering the remarkable ways the youths have mobilized themselves during the past elections.
He called on the youths to embrace each otherand engage in making creating work for themselves as well as others. They are “the most intelligent, prolific and vibrant in the country,” he said

The youths he said were full of talents, potential and creativity and upon which the Commission was established to tap these resources, “you deserve a better life but this can only to be achieved when you (The youths) get a constructive voice.”
The representative of the Bo City Council Chief Administrator Navo stated “that the youths are the building blocks of every nation,” but that this was to be true only if the youths make themselves “useful.”
