Man caught with AK-47 in custody

A 27-year-old labourer, Tamba Mani who was allegedly found in possession of an AK-47 riffle on 2nd January 2021 has been charged with two counts of Conspiracy to commit a Crime and Unlawful Possession of Arms and Ammunition.

The accused was brought to the Pademba Road Magistrate Court in Freetown on Monday 11th January 2021 for him to be arraigned before the presiding Magistrate Marke Ngegba. T

he accused did not face the court, and the matter was adjourned to today Tuesday 12th January 2021.The reason for the adjournment was however unclear. By [email protected]
