The Acting Chairman of East End Lions Football Club, Sanusie Kargbo has told press men that East End Lions is not a political organization.
He made this statement to clear the air that the former acting vice chairman of the club, Brima Keita did not resign from the club because of political reason but for personal reason that he says is best known to him.
He asserted that the East End Lions is a football social club comprising of people from all works of life and different shades of opinion.
In a related development, the Lions Executive has unveiled its newly appointed vice chairman in the person of Junior Navo and the new Public Relation Officer in the person of Edmond Foray.
The new Vice Chairman Junior Navo told the press that he feels great over his new assignment with the football club of life, disclosing that he became a fan of E.E. Lions since his childhood.
On his football management skill, Navo said he has held the position of Chairman of Eastern Rangers FC, a fielder team to Lions for seven years; acted Team Manager for the U-17 National Team that qualified for the World Cup some years back. He went further to promise members of the club, that he will do his best to bring the club back to its past glories.
