Leone Stars Team Manager (TM) Christian Dauda and Sports Ambassador Juinor Bio have donated half bags of rice and money to 75 players and officials of three premier league clubs: Central Parade, Anti-Drugs and Diamond Stars. Presenting the donation at the Siaka Stevens Stadium Presidential Lounge, Bio said during these trying times, he and Dauda decided to come on board and support the beneficiaries to relieve them of the consequences of COVID-19 on their livelihood.
Ambassador Bio said this is not the first time Dauda has assisted the football family, adding he decided to join him this time around. “Chris Dauda has been doing extremely well to support the football family and I am happy to collaborate with him to boost these clubs; and let me assure you that I am always ready to give my support to all the sporting disciplines,” he stated.
He said as the Sports Ambassador, it’s his responsibility to go all out to solicit support for all sporting disciplines in the country. “This is just part of my roles and responsibilities towards not only football but also all the sporting disciplines in the country. I will go all out to make sure that all the sporting disciplines in the country receive support from government, philanthropists and business houses,” Bio assured.
