The winner of Mercury International’s Le93 million in the 5/90 draw, Mohamed Conteh, has said he dreamt the winning numbers he played.
Mr Conteh, who maintained that he had a spiritual scoop about the 5/90 draw, explained that after the dream he played over Le 600,000 worth of ticket.
The lucky winner, who seemed delighted, said he was blessed with three kids, Aminta 11, Marie 13, and Hassan 1.
He explained that his wife, Zainab, was a secretary at the Freetown International Airport, adding that they were Pentecostal Christians.
Mr Conteh said though he was a Christian that did not stop him from playing lottery.
“I find money everywhere. I started playing Mercury since its inception from the scratch cards,” he maintained, adding that “one thing I like about Mercury is that they pay promptly.”
The lucky winner noted that he was not the only winner for the 5/90 draw. “The day I came to collect my prize, I saw another fellow who won Le10m in the same draw,” he said.
