As the much talked about Sierra Leone Football Association (SLFA) elective congress, which will now take place from 14-15 May 2021 in Makeni, the former Chairman of the Sierra Leone Premier League Board (SLPLB), lawyer Emmanuel Saffa Abdulai Esq, and the Chairman of the Bo District Football Association (BoDFA), Sadick Deen-Nyarkoh, have been cleared by the SLFA Ethics Committee to contest the presidential election.
This comes weeks after a list with their names was circulated with a pre-existing condition by the Ethics Committee.
Lawyer Emmanuel Saffa Abdulai Esq, who is also Chairman of the Old Edwardians Football Club and CEO of Luawa Football Club, is a former Old Edwardians senior side player that has supported many football ventures across the country including his home district of Kailahun.
In 2018, he was appointed to serve as the Chairman of the Premier League.
