Freetown, SIERRA LEONE – LAKE Group of Companies, a prominent player in the entertainment industry, has announced the appointment of Abu Bakar Belhadj Sesay as the new Executive Director of the National Music Festival Sierra Leone Limited.
This decision, as stated in the management’s release, was made by the CEO and Board of Trustees following an extensive in-house search and selection process.
“Abu Bakar Belhadj Sesay brings a wealth of experience and a profound passion for the Sierra Leone entertainment industry. With a proven track record in strategic planning, event management, and artist development, Mr. Sesay is well-prepared to lead the National Music Festival Limited into a new era of growth and success,” the release noted.
As the Executive Director, Mr. Sesay will have oversight of the overall operations and management of the National Music Festival Sierra Leone Limited. He will collaborate closely with the executive team, staff, and stakeholders to advance the organization’s mission of promoting and celebrating Sierra Leone’s rich musical heritage.
Commenting on the appointment, Alhaji K.
