Freetown, SIERRA LEONE – In a thrilling encounter at the ongoing WARDFA Le 100 million Leones Tournament, Kissi Town Community FC secured a hard-fought victory against Devil Hole Community football club with a solitary goal, winning 1-0.
Right from the opening whistle, the match promised to be an intense battle. Osman Kalokoh, popularly known as Robinho, showcased his skills for Kissi Town Community Football Club, breaking the deadlock with a powerful finish from a corner kick in the 25th minute of the first half.
Ibrahim Turay, also known as Comecell, the Head Coach of Kissi Town Community, attributed the team’s success to their exceptional skills and dominant track record. He expressed gratitude to the community authorities and fans for their unwavering support throughout the match. Comecell believes this victory has set a positive tone for the team in the league.
Devil Hole Community Football Club’s Coach, Hassan Fullah, acknowledged the great effort his team put into the match but lamented that the result didn’t favour them.
