Samuel Soluku admonished members of the public not to harbor the two remaining escapees on the run. In another development inmates at the Kenema State Prison celebrated the re-arrest of the four prisoners by throwing faeces and urine at their cell as a punishment for the attempt they made which has led to the implementation of stringent prison laws.
