As the Premier League Continued last Friday at the Kenema Town Playing field, Kambui Eagles were too strong for Ports Authority by defeating them 3-0.
This was the worst defeat suffered by Ports Authority in the past two years and this particular defeat has dented the chances of Ports Authority to challenge for the trophy.

In Kono, Diamond Stars and Old Edwardians played to a goalless draw. Speaking to Awoko Sports the coach of Old Edwardians Amidu Koroma said that they were able to achieve such result in Kono because the referee who officiated the match was neutral to both sides.
Coach Koroma said that they were going for revenge but their opponent was able to resist them. However, they are preparing for their next match to secure a win at all cost.
In another match, Freetown City FC and Bo Rangers played to a one all draw at the Bo coronation field while on Thursday Central Parade and Golden Dragons played out a goalless draw. The league is expected to continue this week.
