The Kailahun Motor Drivers’ Union has requested for the provision of a lorry park from the authorities in Kailahun town.  The union’s chairman, Alhaji Munda Payee, disclosed to the press that for the past 30 years, drivers in Kailahun district had been parking their vehicles on street corners within the township.
He emphasized that they as drivers were now tired and wanted a place of their own to be reconstructed as parking ground.
