Judgment is expected to be delivered today by Justice Mary Sey at the High Court on the Country’s first Ombudsman, Francis Gabbidon.
At yesterdays’ hearing, the Judge was supposed to have given her ruling on the matter but the former Ombudsman was conspicuously absent in court.
The ACC Prosecuting counsel, Glena Thompson said in the interest of justice both the accused and his lawyer are served with a fresh notice and that judgment should be read before them since it was a criminal proceeding. She however applied for that and was granted by the Judge.
Francis Gabbidon was charged by the Anti Corruption Commission and was slammed with a 168 count charge.
