Limo FC Talisman Ibrahim Keita has said he has been longing to play in the country’s elite league and his dream has finally come true “He made this statement after signing a long-term loan for East End Tigers FC.

“I Look forward to joining my new teammates in Freetown on Monday for my first training session”.

According to the club media they said Keita scored 3 goals in 5 games in the just concluded Division One playoffs in Bo. His former team – Limo-narrowly missed out on the Sierra Leone Premier League after their 1-0 defeat to Mount Aureol SLIFA

Welfare Officer Samuel Thompson told Tigers’ Media that Keita will add to the club’s goal scoring artilleries.

“I wondered why such a talent like this wasn’t spotted for the elite league all this while. We are very grateful to the Chairman for his tremendous work and patience to seal this deal”, he added.

According to Chairman Lewis: “It’s been few weeks that we have been on this deal. We made several trips to the Provinces including his birth place of Kenema to see his parents”

“Once his parents gave their blessings, I was optimistic that the deal will go through” Chairman Lewis promised fans of East End Tigers that the Club will sign more players in the coming days.

“Officials of Limo FC were happy with the process; and all parties involved were extremely happy”

The Sierra Leone Premier League is expected to start on 23rd April 2021.
