Yayah Ndointel and Abdul Bangura were on Friday 21st August 2020 granted Le100 million bail for allegedly breaking and entering into the premises of Zara Fatmata Timbo at Hill Station, Freetown. Police say the accused persons on Friday 19th June 2020 at No. 7 Doctor Drive, Juba, Hill Station, Pipe Line in Freetown broke and entered Timbo’s house. The accused persons faced two counts of house breaking and larceny contrary to Section 26(1) of the Larceny Act of 1916. Sergeant Kadie Taylor is prosecuting the matter, but both accused persons were not represented by a lawyer in court.
Prosecution witness and victim, Zara Fatmata Timbo was not present in court to testify against the accused persons. Magistrate Hannah Bonnie was left with no option but to adjourn the matter to 2nd September 2020.
