Hon. Chernor Bah urges Constituents to Register

With the voter registration exercise drawing closer and the need for a huge voter turnout becoming a concern for all stakeholders, Hon. Chernor Bah has joined other stakeholders in urging his constituents in the Wilberforce, Hill Station, Brook fields and Tengbeh Town communities to come out in their numbers to register for the general election come the 23rd March 2012.
He was addressing hundreds of women and youth groups at the Wilberforce field during the APC Women in Action Voter Registration Sensitization programme. Hon. Bah representing Constituency 110, assured the gathering that he will win the 2012 election but only if they come out enmasse to register to vote once the registration exercise starts. He encouraged the youth especially to come out for the exercise as agents of change for national socio-economic development. He however warned the youth against political violence, stating that President Koroma is a winner and will continue to develop this country for the betterment of all.
The President of the Action Women of Constituency 110, Fatu Humper expressed thanks and appreciation to Hon. Bah for his valuable contributions toward the development of the constituency and encouraged her women folks to vote for him come 2012. She also encouraged all the women in the constituency to register for the 2012 election.
The APC National Campaign Coordinator, Leonard Balogun Koroma assured Constituency 110 of victory for Hon. Chernor Bah, popularly known as ‘Chericoco’ and commended him and the APC Action Women for helping in the voter registration sensitization.
The President of APC Women’s Congress, Elizabeth Mans congratulated the Women in Action for their bold step in sensitizing the public about the essence of the voter registration.
The sensitization ceremony was climaxed by a drama skit on voter registration.
