Sierra Leone International Mustapha Bangura (Haji) was on the score sheet for Apollonas against Enosis Neon Paralimniou when they defeated them by three goals to zero (3-0) in their first game of the new championship Marfin Laiki 2009/10.
Mustapha Bangura scored the third goal of the match in the 75 minutes of play and dashed the hope of their opponent who was desperate for goals.
Haji’s goal has been described as the best goal of the week. Gaston Sangoy also scored the first goal in the 24 minutes of the match.
Andreas Avraam scored the second goal 11 minutes later before Haji made it three.
They are expected to play their second match this weekend.
