Five workers of Sports Life International, the only Christian sports organization in the country, will depart from Sierra Leone for Ghana next week to take part in a special programme during the African Nations Cup.
This was disclosed to Awoko Sports by Lovelace William John, who is working for International Organization Athlete Cities and Events (ACE).
He said all the Sports Life organizations in the world will take part in the Nations Cup and that they would be divided into different groups which they would be working under until the end of the competition.
Speaking to Awoko about the trip the founder of Sports Life in Sierra Leone, pastor Yatta Samura, said they had been invited by the Sports ministry of Ghana who are hosting the competition.
Pastor Samura noted that last year they were able to attend about five international conferences on sports, adding further that they were also able to organize other local competitions in the country.
