The Secretary General of FC Kallon Blamoh Roberts has written a letter to the Chairman of the Premier League Board(PLB) dated on April 28 with a caption Alleged statement made by East End Lions Public Relation Officer .
The letter reads; I (Blamoh Roberts) humbly refer to the above mentioned subject between FC Kallon vs. East End Lions which was played on the 14th of April 2010 at the National Stadium, 7; 00 pm, which FC Kallon won 3-1.
The letter went further that the Public Relations Officer of East End Lions, Pa Alie Sesay said that his club East End Lions bribed the referee of the said match Le 1,000,000 and alleged that the above mentioned also bribed the referee Le 2,000,000.
I would characterize this unfortunate statement from the Public Relations Officer of East End Lions into two folds
In the first fold the Public Relation Officer of East End Lions testified that East End Lions did bribed the referee Le 1,000,000 and the SLFA President had sworn to leave no stone unturned and that the constitution will be implemented to its fullest but SLFA is yet to make any statement regarding this unfortunate situation.
While in the second fold the mission statement of FC Kallon is to promote the game at all cost to take it to another level and FC Kallon would not be a party to destroy its own mission statement.
And that alleged statement was unfortunate, unrealistic, unfounded, false and was geared to destroyed the good image of the above mentioned
They are kindly requesting your good office to encourage the Public Relations Officer of East End Lions to use the same media to denounce the alleged statement against FC Kallon the good and promotion of the game.
