A security personnel attached at the Hughes security Agency Morris Fomba of Ngumbu village in the Nongowa chiefdom in the Kenema district has made his last appearance before the presiding magistrate Komba Kamanda at the magistrate court in Kenema city.
According to the particulars of offence Morris tied up his ten years old child Mohamed Fomba and violated his right after it was reported to him that the child stole a mobile phone costing three hundred thousand leones (Le300.000).
He was found guilty of the offence and has been sentenced to four months imprisonment for violating the right of his child.
In the same court the case of Mohamed Sesay of Gelehun village in the Simbaru chiefdom in the Kenema district who beat his wife to death has been committed to high court for hearing.
