Hon Saidu E. Conteh, MP Constituency 129, expressed thanks and appreciation to FANT-SLE for their wonderful gesture during these trying times. “FANT-SLE is doing a great job and I am very impressed with the job they are doing in the various communities. It’s not easy at these particular trying times. I know this is not the first time they are assisting these communities,” he said. He made this statement at the Etharil Robinson Primary School, Congo Town during the donation of food items by FANT-SLE, adding he knows what it takes to plan and implement such laudable gestures in the various communities.
“It takes a reputable and hardworking organisation to do what you people are doing. Once more, I want to thank you very much for this laudable gesture. I know what it takes to plan and to implement,” he added. The Honourable MP advised that in the future when making such donations, FANT-SLE should inform community stakeholders so they would grace the occasion.
For his part, FANT-SLE Project Manager, Mamadu Bah, assured not only the MP but also the people of the community that these donations will continue for the next five months and that they will engage 30 youths from each community on capacity building.
